Hello! Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Southington Public Library. Teens have the opportunity to come to Teen Advisory Board meetings the first Wednesday of every month for volunteer hours. These meetings are geared towards improvement of the library, teen services, and planning large events. While we are trying to increase regular volunteer hours at the library, we are often seeking help for events such as Comic Con or our Halloween costume exchange. If you would like to be added to our master volunteer list, please fill out this form.
Starting this month, we will also be offering teen volunteer hours for the remaining Wednesdays from 5PM-7PM. While everyone is welcome to come at 5PM, we will only be accommodating 4 teens at a time. If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up for one of the provided slots. You can come before your slot time but volunteering hours will only be from 5PM-7PM. Please only sign up for one slot per day.
**Volunteer hours will not be available during the summer except for our monthly TAB meetings.***
