2019 Summer Reading Program
Summer Reading Challenges
The importance of summer reading is to prevent literacy and learning loss during the summer months. However, reading is also a great escape to new worlds and has a multitude of benefits for everyone of all ages.
Birth to 5th Grade
This year children ages 4 and up will read and bead their way through summer. In addition to spinning the wheel and winning raffle ticket entries, children will earn beads and a brag tag for a necklace, bracelet or key ring for reporting their reading and attending programs. Children under age 4 will belong to the rubber duckie club and collect ducks.
